At this level the 9" pinker is for professionals and the 7 1/2" pinker is for consumers. Need one with nickel handles. Wisco. Must have been a price range line. The diameter of the bolt head was lowered from 5/8" to 1/2". The blue and gold boxes now had "New Easy Cutting Ball Bearing Action." Need one with black handles. By 1969 they have been acid-etching the markings, instead of stamping them. But not on all. Stamped ones proceed to seem. Or perhaps later than 1969. This one can be etched on the blade. However the blade has a satin finish, instead of a mirror end. This will likely have been after Cooper purchased the corporate.
