Chixia is a 4-star Fusion Mutant Resonator and an especially friendly face the player meets at the very start of Wuthering Waves , and she provides some much-needed levity to an amnesiac Rover while navigating the beginning of the game. When considering a team for Galbrena Prefarm Chixia, you’ll want to grab some characters that work well with her kit and can do their damage rotation quickly. Yinlin is a prime example of a character that can pair with Chixia well. Yinlin does her damage and gains energy incredibly quickly while marking enemies for other players to get some bonus electro damage while hitting them. Yinlin is a fantastic choice for a support dps slot within almost any team she’s part of, and you really can’t go wrong with having her in your team if you’ve gotten her.

The best primary echo option here will be Impermanence Heron which does have the Moonlit Clouds Sonata Effect as well. When activated, Impermanence Heron allows Yangyang to transform into the echo, allowing her to fly during battle and unleash Havoc Damage with its breath attack. By long-pressing the echo attack, Yangyang remains transformed, dealing additional Havoc Damage. When the primary attack connects, Yangyang gains 10 Resonance Energy , and the next character entering the field receives a damage boost for 15 seconds .

When playing Wuthering Waves you may need to buffer your team with some of the free characters you’ll get from playing the story. Yangyang is one of the first characters that players will receive from the story, and she’ll help teams get along until some more characters become an option. Yangyang has a few options for players to utilize in the team. She can be a hybrid or even a strictly support character if desired. When using her as support, you can utilize Yangyang’s outro skill to generate resonance energy for the next character and use her crowd-control abilities.


Another spawn point for the Phantom Lightcrusher is in the water at the base of the Tianqu Tree . While searching this area, you may also encounter another Lightcrusher on the hill just south of the Tianqu Tree, but be aware that this is not a Phantom Echo, so focus your attention on the base of the tree to find the true Phantom Lightcrus

The next option will be for her support-focused role, and you’ll want to snag 5 echoes with the Rejuvenating Glow Sonata Effect. With the full 5 echoes, Yangyang will increase healing by 10% and when healing allies, the entire team will gain a 15% attack buff for 30 seconds . When using this particular setup, you will need the Originite: Type II weapon for these buffs to trigger and be usable while on the field.

If the Lingering Tunes Sonata Effect is more your speed, there is also the option for Mech Abomination as her primary echo. Mech Abomination will strike enemies and deal Electro Damage on hit. After using the echo, Chixia’s attack will increase by 12% for 15 seconds , making this a nice option for Lingering Tunes. Use Mech Abomination right after Chixia’s Intro Skill has been used and you’ll be set to get her entire rotation done with the attack buff. There are very few other primary echo choices for Lingering Tunes that will provide the same benefits as Mech Abomination. Both echoes are relatively easy to get your hands on and once you’ve gotten your Data Bank leveled up a ton, the chances for the legendary version significantly increase.


As a 4-star Glacio Mutant Resonator, Baizhi's main role in-game is to provide healing to players - powers provided to her by her strange, white Remnant Creature companion, You'tan.
