She is counting down the weeks until she welcomes her first child with her husband James Haskhell.
And the TV personality, 35, spoke candidly about her pregnancy in a Q&A session on her Instagram Stories on Monday evening.
Chloe admitted that she 'couldn't care less' about her pregnancy weight gain and urged other expectant mothers to 'get off the scales' and focus on staying healthy.

She said she had gained 8kg during her pregnancy but said she instead focuses on eating and sleeping well, and staying hydrated.
When asked about her weight gain, she said: 'I last weighed myself at 35 weeks and I'd gained exactly 8kg/17lbs.
I honestly couldn't care less about my weight.

Another of her 250,000 followers asked her what creams she uses to prevent stretch marks, to which Chloe responded that she uses Bio Oil but stressed that stretch marks are 'largely genetic'.
'I've just been using Bio Oil every day/night, but I'll be honest, if you're going to get stretch marks, you're going to get stretch marks, it's largely genetic,' she added.
Elsewhere in the Q&A, Chloe was asked about whether she has been feeling nervous ahead of her due date at the beginning of August.

She explained: '99.9% of the time I am beyond excited for the next chapter, both the childbirth and the newborn experiences.
My brain can't really compute beyond that yet tbh.
'But I won't lie, there's also the ODD moment where I wonder if the life I have built for myself, a life I LOVE, is now ruined, never to return again.
'Sorry if that offends anyone but it's the truth and I know A LOT of women can relate to that fear, which I actually think is a good sign re what you've achieved as an independent woman in your own right.'
The TV presenter also revealed that she has loved her 'wild pregnancy journey, healthtopical.com adding: 'What a MAD journey to go on! Me, my body, my little chubby chubster inside it and my partner, all embarking on a brand new adventure together.
I never say this, but... it's been WILD it really has, though!'

The fitness lover looked radiant as she listed several of her experiences going through pregnancy over the last couple of months, including feeling 'intensely overwhelmed' whenever she's left alone, and feeling 'uncomfortable' when walking.
She wrote alongside a snap which saw her posing in the mirror: 'Things I've learned in my third trimester...
these experiences are my own, every single woman, body and pregnancy is entirely different.
'Walking is actually more uncomfortable than lifting weights.'
She continued: 'I wish I'd taken the first sniff of dropping iron levels more seriously, and overhauled my diet and supplements / medication approach, instead of thinking some Spatone and vitamin C in the morning would sort me right out.
'If I had, I would have avoided a lot of scary moments like fainting on / in various modes of transport, and generally feeling like I can't breathe, as well as looking like a goth.
'Being left alone in your third trimester feels intensely overwhelming.
It's okay to come off social media and refocus your priorities.'
