This was a nice touch from CDPR, and most fans that realized this fact were excited that such a subtle detail was added to the Land of a Thousand Fables. Although this realm is anything but realistic, this feature adds a little bit more realism to the game.

The Land of a Thousand Fables is a fascinating illusion that players get a chance to enter during the Blood and Wine DLC. This realm is only present in The Witcher 3 , and it is one of the most beautiful sites that the player will get to explore in the entire game. Unfortunately, the Land of a Thousand Fables will only become an explorable area if the player makes a specific choice during the Blood and Wine quest line.
