As a non-pro player, I’ll always make mistakes. I’ll try to revive a teammate when I should be fighting, and I’ll miss shots that I know aren’t difficult for good players. In the past few weeks, I've twice watched someone back out of a game because I chose the character they wanted to play. Both times, it was because my game defaulted to the character because I didn't make a selection. In one instance, I even apologized after noticing the other player had wanted to be the character I had chosen, but the player backed out anyway. It's important to note that in Apex Legends , selection order is randomized. In both cases, my name popped up first on the selection menu, meaning I had every right to choose whichever character I wanted to play. Regardless, backing out for something so mundane is problematic because my team is forced to play the game as a squad of two up against squads of three, which makes the game much more diffic


The Rig typically boasts tons of good loot and has a charging station. Rarely will more than one squad choose to land here as it can be a detrimental area depending on the circle progression and zone, which may cause a team to have to push through Capacitor, a much busier area. Bloodhound is the second of the 3 immediate battle pass reward skins for Season 5. Their skin falls in the middle as it is much more cohesive than Wraith's but not as stellar as the one Revenant received. Bloodhound's is mostly gold but has plenty of red and blue accents in and around their torso area. Revenant's base design is so striking and visually interesting that it seems almost impossible at this point for Respawn to make a skin for him that isn't cool. The Death Etching skin players receive for purchasing the Season 5 battle pass follows this trend as another skin worth using. It very much echoes the same Egyptian and Middle Eastern fortune vibe that the other two skins its paired with display. Black on gold will never not look amazing, and the subtle red accents throughout make the skin truly outstand


Of course, Fortnite is the first battle pass to discuss as it is the grandfather of the Battle Pass system. For the most part, their battle pass has done everything right and is well worth the $10 it costs to purchase.
