With Tuesday finally arriving, the Destiny 2 weekly reset is here, bringing with it the usual refreshed content, activities, and rewards for players to chase over the next week. Ignition Code is a Kinetic Grenade Launcher, a legendary weapon type not often seen in Destiny 2. Being a Lightweight Frame Grenade Launcher means that it has a remote detonation option. Hold the trigger down upon firing Ignition Code, and release it to manually trigger the explosion. Ignition Code can be used to complete the Season of the Splicer Week 5 challenge "Grenade Launcher Splicer," and it is randomly acquired from the Splicer Servitor rank engram, as well as the Splicer Armory and Splicer's Captain Armory engrams. Cosmetically, Override Weapons go hand in hand with the overarching theme of the season, complimenting the Splicer Gauntlet colors. Each weapon is crafted with a metallic outer casing, accented by fine magenta and green details. Six Override weapons were introduced in total - Chroma Rush, Gridskipper, Farewell, Sojourner's Tale, Ignition Code, and Shattered Cip


Next comes the ammunition, or magazine. Since Hammer-Forged Rifling or Smallbore increase range, for PvE, Guardians will want to maximize their damage output by having to reload less. For this purpose, something like Enhanced Battery is useful for Glacioclasm because it puts more rounds in the magazine. The result is players needing to reload less, and when they do, slotting a Fusion Rifle loader mod or two into their Guardians’ gauntlets can be help


Gridskipper is a Void Energy Pulse Rifle in Destiny 2 , and like the Chroma Rush, it has a Rapid-Fire Frame. Gridskipper fires unbelievably fast for a pulse rifle at 540 RPM, making it a highly useable weapon in PvP. Defeat the minor boss located there and travel to the furthermost platform on the right. Within an open container players will find a scannable item. Scan the item and return to Zavala in the Tower, who will give Guardians a quest called "The Voice on the Other Side," which unlocks "The Presage" exotic quest on the Tangled Shore . It's been six years since the original Destiny was released and every year it feels like we're getting closer to finally facing off against the Darkness. Every year, however, we're told it'll happen later. Destiny 2: Shadowkeep last year made the most significant promise yet that Darkness was finally coming and Destiny 2: Beyond Light blows it. Destiny 2: Beyond Light is about as routine as Destiny 2 can be, offering a shallow campaign against a shallow antagonist, a new patrol zone, a new Strike and a new Raid. Stasis goes a long way to help freshen up the already great gameplay, but it does little to hide that a lot of content has been stripped away from the game and that we still don't have a new enemy faction to face. There are genuine elements of greatness in Beyond Light, including an intriguing subplot that should have been the main campaign and a great raid, but it's not enough to replace everything we've lost. Destiny 2: Beyond Light is another enjoyable Destiny adventure thanks to the lore and gameplay, but it does little to move Destiny 2 beyond the status quo.
