<br> | <br>The Sorcerer is one of the few Spellcasting-only classes, one that is nearly impossible to build into a melee fighter without multi-classing. Like the Wizard, Sorcerers can access a massive variety of useful spells that range from devastatingly damaging to enraging environmental effects.<br><br>The best Sorcerer companions in BG3 are Shadowheart as your primary Support party member, Lae'Zel as a Fighter in melee range tanking blows, and Astarion as a sneaky melee party member who can be useful out of combat too.<br><br>At level ten, Divination Wizards gain "Third Eye: Darkvision" and "Third Eye: See Invisibility." The first of these grants the Divination Wizard the ability to give themselves Darkvision until their next long rest as an Action, while the second allows them to unmask and potentially reveal any invisible foes within 9m as an action (invisible foes must make a Dexterity Saving Throw).<br><br>At level six, Illusion Wizards can "See Invisibility" as an action. This allows them to see invisible foes and has a decent chance of revealing them to allies, too (unless they succeed the Dexterity Saving Throw). Level 10 Illusion Wizards get "Illusory Self," allowing them to create an Illusory Double as a reaction to take a hit for them. This causes the incoming attack to automatically miss, and the double is instantly destroyed. (Unfortunately, the Bracers only work on Unarmored Characters)<br><br>One excellent Act 3 option would be the full Bhaalist set, especially the Bhaalist Armor and its ability to make nearby foes vulnerable to piercing, which pairs well with the piercing damage inflicted by the Legion of Bees.<br><br>Domain spells work just like other spells, and are highlighted in the spell list when leveling to avoid picking them twice. Channel Divinity abilities vary from domain to domain, and offer powerful effects from limited Channel Divinity charges. Clerics gain Channel Divinity charges at Level 2 and 6, which replenish on either a Short or Long Rest.<br><br>At Levels 2, 5, 7, 9, and 11, Rogues don't have any leveling choices to make. But because the class can learn four Feats, the choices that you do make while leveling this BG3 Rogue build matter a lot more.
