The Pal you are looking for is Mozzarina . This cow-like Pal can be found in the Bamboo Groves near the middle of the map. You can get there by going to the Ravine Entrance Fast Travel Point and heading west. Keep looking and you will eventually come across Mozzarina in the grove. Now, you can decide to either defeat them or capture them. Defeating them will cause some Milk to drop, but if you capture them, you can not only get a small amount of Milk that they dropped, but you can also have it at your camp to produce even more as you go about your business.

Some will want to make some guns and really get into the combat aspects of the game to take down the various boss towers . However, some players are intrigued to try out a new take on the survival genre of games and develop a base run by the very Pals they capture.

Nitewing is available in the starting areas of the game, but also on the opposite end of the Ice Wind Island Fast Travel as a Lv18 Field Boss. It is recommended to upgrade to Vanwyrm once you can catch one — due to them being both stronger in combat and a faster flier. Once you have Vanwyrm, your Nitewing can stay at your base Gathering.
And the game encouraging you to catch 10 of each type of Pal for XP bonuses only makes matters worse, since you're going to be fighting early enemies ad-nauseum to not just catch them all, but catch two digits worth of them all. I suppose it wouldn't be such a bad thing if the game continued like that forever, since the solo combat is fun in its own right, but like most things, Palworld changes, and it forced me out of the comfort zone it created in brutal fashion and with no real warn
