"Of course, right now, I would much rather have run the ball and then kicked the field goal to take more time off, but in that situation, I thought it was a good play call. It was my decision to do that and (we) just need to execute better."

Musk shared news of the Halloween event on Twitter, no other details were included, http://Asp2.mg21.Jp but it follows rumors that Neuralink has offered to buy its rival Synchron, which recently completed the first brain-chip in a human.

Valve's headset is starting to age, but its Steam VR and Vive hardware compatibility, its excellent audio, and its  still make it hardware worth considering. Valve's "knuckle" controllers are pressure-sensitive and can track all five fingers, making them almost like gloves. Not all apps make the most of them, but Valve's hardware is mix-and-match compatible with the HTC Vive, which also is built on the Steam VR platform. The Index headset has excellent audio and a sharp, wide field-of-view display.

She was deservedly nominated for an Academy Award and in The Lost King she gives another wonderful performance, again as a woman reduced, in this case by the debilitating condition ME, who again falls for a monster: King Richard III.

Neuralink is reportedly looking to explore a deal with Synchron that successfully implanted a chip into a severely paralyzed ALS patient in July, four people who work or have worked at Neuralink told Reuters Monday.

Companies such as Qualcomm (which makes the chips inside most self-contained VR headsets, including the Quest 2) are building new chips that point to a wave of better stand-alone headsets at lower prices -- including ones that plug into your phone -- but those haven't fully materialized yet.

Elon Musk announced his Neuralink is hosting a ‘show and tell' progress event on October 31, which will be the first progress update since the world watched a brain-chipped monkey play a video game with its mind in April 2021 - this animal later died during testing.

Sept 20 (Reuters) - Nvidia Corp on Tuesday announced new flagship chips for video gamers that use artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance graphics, saying it has tapped Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co to make the processors.

In a streamed online keynote address, Nvidia Chief Executive Jensen Huang on Tuesday introduced the company's newest "Ada Lovelace" series of graphics chips, named for the 19th-century British mathematician regarded as an early pioneer in computer science.

Wilson was still in his uniform replaying the loss that included a fourth-and-1 at the Indianapolis 5 in overtime. Wilson's pass was knocked down in the end zone to end the game, as teammate KJ Hamler slammed his helmet repeatedly into the end zone turf. Hamler came open on an in-cutting route for a potential game-winning TD, but Wilson was looking to his left.

Five years ago, in Guillermo Del Toro's Oscar-winning The Shape Of Water, Sally Hawkins played a mute who fell in love with a kind of monster, a humanoid amphibian, more prosaically described as half-man, half-fish.
Computing what each pixel on the screen should look like is hard, so Nvidia chips use AI to predict how some pixels should look without doing the entire set of computations. The Lovelace chips have extended that technique to generate entire frames of a game using AI.

First-year coach Nathaniel Hackett and quarterback Russell Wilson sat near the nine-time Pro Bowler's locker after Thursday's 12-9 loss to dissect what transpired without counting missed opportunities against the Colts.

Nvidia designs its chips but has them manufactured by partners. Huang said the chips will be made by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufaturing (TSMC) with its "4N" chip manufacturing technology, a change from Nvidia's previous generation of flagship gaming chips, which were made by Samsung Electronics Co Ltd.

If you're looking for the best VR headset, the ideal choice will depend on what you enjoy doing in the virtual world. VR's strongest applications tend to be gaming and fitness. The Oculus Quest 2, which is an excellent home VR console, is still one of my favorite ways to play games. But you still have to decide whether you want a headset that plugs into your PC or console, or a stand-alone option like the Quest 2 (which can also double as a PC headset).

It depends, really, on whether you're connecting to a PC or not... and whether you plan to do work with it. There are plenty of Windows-compatible headsets, but they vary in display resolution. Higher is better, and so is a larger field of view. Headsets can refresh at up to 120Hz now, and the faster they can refresh, the more natural and smooth VR movement feels. Most PC VR headsets have similar controller designs, and can bridge to work tools and apps. For portability or stand-alone comfort, the Quest 2 doesn't have any competition right now. For gamers with a game console, the PlayStation VR is the only option, but you'll probably want to wait for the PSVR 2 if you have a PS5. Also, consider the app libraries: the Quest has a lot of exclusive games, Windows-connected headsets have lots of compatibility with work apps and experimental tools, and Sony's PlayStation library has unique VR games, too.
