This phrase by Paul Klee encapsulates part of his poetry and is translated visually into the graffiti technique that the artist uses in the painting "Fish Magic" from 1925.

The significance of this operation is salvific and vital by revealing how, within the depths of the ocean and in the dark ignorance, there are small shimmering animals that stir the water and follow the currents. Fish are just like that, bobbing, swimming, dancing in their flow The vast ocean is their home and they are not afraid of the absence of walls and boundaries. It can be in the vastness the world that they can enjoy the feeling of being able to be present today, not in the future and being able to roam forever, knowing that they will always be able to return as in the oceans of the unconscious, the voyage is circular.
